At Case Study, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
